Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on JL Plus. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings therein. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JL Plus account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. JL Plus is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
JL Plus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).

JL Plus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JL Plus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JL Plus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
JL Plus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for cause, JL Plus reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance where permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting JL Plus support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and compliance checks.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of JL Plus, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting JL Plus support with a written description of your complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For matters falling within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
Nothing in this section shall prevent JL Plus from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
JL Plus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JL Plus will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the JL Plus platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using JL Plus and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
